To ensure bringing your new best friend home is a joyful and seamless experience, follow our simple 4-Step Adoption Journey!
Step 1: Meet & Greet (Building Trust)
We love getting to know our future puppy families! First, we’ll start a conversation to share information, updates, and pictures. Next, we will schedule a fun 15 to 20-minute video call. This short call lets you see the puppies live, helps us answer all your questions, and, most importantly, establishes absolute trust in the process of adopting your Forever Friend! It’s the perfect way to feel confident about the puppy you are adopting!
Step 2: Make Your Deposit
Once you are ready to officially join the Partner Puppies family, you will place a $300 non-refundable holding deposit. This holds your official spot in line to bring a puppy home, and the entire $300 goes directly toward the full purchase price of your puppy. Read our ‘Health and Adoption Agreement’ before you pay. Your payment becomes acceptance of that agreement and we will send you a ‘Puppy Reservation Receipt and Agreement’ filled out with your information you provide!
Step 3: Picking Your Puppy
How you choose your puppy depends on when you join our list:
If you join before the puppies are 6 weeks old: You get to secure a spot on our gender-specific "next-in-line" list. When the puppies turn 6 weeks old, it’s your turn to pick your favorite available boy or girl based on your spot in line!
If you join after the puppies are 6 weeks old: The picking line has already passed, so you will place your deposit directly on a specific, available puppy that is still waiting for a home.
Step 4: Final Payment & Go-Home Day
The final step is the best part: bringing your puppy home! You will pay the remaining purchase balance at the time of pickup when you come to get your new best friend.
